Anchor Neuroscience is the research division of The Anchor Clinic

Anchor Neuroscience is a clinical research facility co-located with The Anchor Clinic in Pensacola, Florida, an independent, multi-specialty outpatient behavioral medicine group. Our clinical trials division specializes in adults as well as pediatric populations. Our providers practice within a variety of specialties including psychiatry, neuropsychology, and clinical psychology. Our staff is comprised of certified research coordinators and certified research professionals who assist our investigators in properly administering clinical trials.

We take great pride in our recruitment abilities, rapid regulatory response, and superior quality of care. Anchor Neuroscience is able to use a central IRB which yields a more efficient clinical research approval process.

State-of-the-art facility

Our clinic is located on Palafox Pier overlooking Escambia Bay in the center of downtown Pensacola, Florida.

Anchor Neuroscience is less than three miles from Baptist Hospital, a Level II trauma center. Our facility is a newly-constructed, 5,000 square-foot outpatient clinic designed specifically to house both clinical and research operations within the same building. Anchor Neuroscience is designed to work in concert with the clinical services of the Anchor Clinic by delivering and advancing new psychopharmacological therapies.

Our state-of-the-art facility utilizes Allscripts electronic medical records system to maintain our database of over 7,000 active patients. Searchable by diagnosis and patient demographics, our expansive database streamlines and enhances recruitment, enrollment, and retention of research participants.
