COVID-19 Update
You Are Not Alone!
The Anchor Clinic Clinicians and Staff want you to know that we are here for you. We understand that the recent threat of COVID-19 has been troubling for you and for our entire community. As your mental health providers, we prioritize your well-being and are implementing strategies for continued care that are consistent with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), state and local health official recommendations, and the best standard of care. The following are several key pieces of information we want you to know:
∙ We are continually monitoring the COVID-19 information coming from the CDC and state/local officials. We recommend our patients remain aware as well. https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html
∙ We are still open for appointments; however, please do NOT come to the clinic if you have any symptoms of sickness. Please call in and reschedule or request a telemedicine appointment. Telemedicine appointments are available and are covered by most insurances. If you must cancel due to flu-like symptoms, the cancellation fee will be waived. 850-433-1656
∙ If you or someone with whom you are in close contact has recently traveled or has been exposed to someone diagnosed or suspected to have contracted COVID-19, please call to reschedule or to arrange a possible telemedicine appointment. 850-433-1656
∙ When coming to the clinic, please arrive at your appointment time and NOT EARLY. We want to minimize exposure to others in the waiting room.
∙ Please come to appointments alone or, if a minor, come with one family member.
∙ Use your best judgment and always wash your hands prior to your appointment and directly following your appointment. We have asked that all patients adhere to our social distancing signs at the clinic to help protect yourself and our staff.
∙ Our staff and our cleaning crew are taking extra efforts to sanitize the clinic and reduce touching points. We are opening the doors for fresh air each day. We have discontinued coffee service and removed all reading materials from the waiting area.
We are working diligently to keep the clinic open so that we may take care of your mental health needs. Thank you for working with us during this time.
